Or like a 30-something-year-old bachelor who pretty much just heats up pre-made food in the microwave for every in-home meal walking up to the chef of a successful French restaurant and asking her how he can cook like that and open a restaurant.

If you enjoy going to the movies, the mall, having more than a handful of restaurants to eat at or having multiple choices of grocery items or beer brands, Belize is not for you.

There are a lot of restaurant and entertainment chains moving in (Alamo Drafthouse, TopGolf, etc) but there aren't many jobs outside of medical and service industry (lower paying).

I love Edgewater for its terrific resort pool and restaurant.

Nice restaurant  I was treating about 10 or 12 financial advisors to dinner to talk about what I do and how we could work together.. these were independents who can sell away.by about the 8 or 9th bottle of wine they were feeling no pain and you should have heard them how they talked about their clients and selling them annuities and other products.. basically   well you get the drift.. these were 30 something year old dudes knocking down 200 to 500k year and well just not a nice group..

It reminds me of when I go to stinky mom and pop restaurants and I ask for something like a little extra butter and they charge me 25 cents or 50 cents.

One fascinating example from The Big Short is this Mexican immigrant strawberry farmer living in California that was able to get a mortgage on a $750,000 house based on a stated income of around $15,000 annually.  

For example, let's not go to any restaurant but to a really exclusive one to which it is hard to get reservations.

Being in the restaurant business I can tell you both businesses are tough, but this one is probably tougher, but has more upside (at least in my case).
