And the reality is the lot is NOT split, and the real cost in doing so, the impact on cashflow and the risk to my loan make it an untenable effort unless I planned to sell right away. 

If it's only 1 unit, and you are just starting,  Airbnb and Furnished Finder would be good.FF has a very small yearly fee and airbnb will take a commission, but it will also get you used to both.

However, I just received a text alert that I must agree to their new Terms of Service by 10/7/24 to continue processing payments. 

I use Advanta IRA and have been happy with the level of service that they provide.  

We've had it happen before, nothing major, but just some extra money we weren't originally planning on spending to turn a unit. 

And I don't know anyone more tied in to the corporate housing market than Elaine Quiroz.
