Hey all, Can anyone recommend a snow removal and salting company for our properties in Union City and Jersey City?

People moving out of Jersey City because they were either priced out, but still want a nice, safe location within walking to transportation, or want more space for their money are picking Bayonne.

I am starting to hear medium term rental wave I am in a much better position and mindset to get involved.I live in south Jersey 30 mins from Philadelphia..Our area has large hospitals and an international airport.I got 3 questions1.who is local in south Jersey that is using medium term rental 2.

I moved to the Metro-ATL market about 3 years ago from Jersey so my network here is limited still, however, I am making new connections every day and learning more and more about the industry.
