Somewhere in the middle of the Listing Agreement add your addendums, such as "xxx company is a principle to the transaction." or "seller gives buyer right to immediately list for sale, negotiate, blah, blah, blah" They're way to busy to sit there are read through every listing agreement they receive.

A hard property to comp anyway, but when you also add to the equation that lake sales were dead because we were in the middle of a drought with most docks sitting on the dry lake bed, it just made it worse.

This is a middle class neighbourhood where houses are selling for more than $100K and the rent is $1050.00.Bottom line is, you can find section 8 renters in all sort of neighborhoods .The essence of section 8 housing assistance is that if you work one, two or three jobs and you still cannot afford living in the area where you work, the government assists you.BTW, no need to apologize for posting questions, that is why we are all here for - providing and getting information and experiences.
