Since I needed more cash flow/ a bigger return I have started to do joint ventures as the money partner with active investors on flips where the return is significantly higher.

A joint venture contract?

The most serious thing for me was going to college, not that is mandatory, my parents wanted the same for me.All that I really cared about was where the next joint was going to come from.  

Jennifer,First i would consult with a CPA on these matters, or hopefully someone here can help you. but as far as the llc you have now, because you are husband and wife and if you file jointly, it is still considered a pass through entity i believe.

There are plenty of seasoned local BP'ers who seek joint ventures.

Next goal that follows would be to rip the band-aid off and pursue my first investment whether it be myself or a joint venture.
