J Scott & Brian BurkeWhen I recently wrote my 342 page real estate book, I pretty much followed the same steps as J Scott, except that I inserted two editors as well as ISBN (international registry of books), copyright and Library of Congress into the mix.It took a lot longer than I ever imagined and much longer than most people would ever imagine.I did write a second unpublished book on tax sales, but its no where near being ready to publish.
