These allow you to bundle renovation costs, and if the post-renovation value meets 20% equity, you may be able to avoid PMI.

It's simple to get up and running with Baselane.

I read a few reviews on an agent that came up on BP and they were not great. 

The seller is willing to owner finance 75% of the loan but wants the other 25% upfront.
