I am new to this app and I'm overall very excited that I found this blog.

I'm not really sure how this app works yet any help or advice is welcome.

I actually heard about mr money mustache, he is the reason why i desire to retire in my 30's, my goal is actually 35 ( so i have 12 years to accomplish that goal haha).I also started to invest in dividends paying stocks with some apps.

I guess I'm old school but for three properties I would just use an Excel spreadsheet.For mileage, I use an app called MileQ.

I have been using Podio recently as my CRM as a Realtor, so i figured i would make a quick and dirty app to view properties numbers, most of the fields are auto calculated from the MLS data...

Live as frugally as you can, most your age waste the majority of their money on cars, cell phones, internet toys and socialising with dead beat friends.

Josh Walker I'm using the app and when I click on your profile it says you are hiding the information but there is not a link to connect.

You can really automate AirBnB with so many other apps (like cleaning services), that it's just not that time consuming with the turnover any more. 

Dave Holland , I tried to contact you (using app on my phone) and it says contact details are hidden.

I explain I have to e-mail them an app.
