Iam in Canada and we don't have zillow but from my experience any american realtor tends to speak lowly of there zestimates.

This, of course, has a lot to do with American and European sanctions which have caused prices in Russia to double or even triple.

Most of them are American based - but the concept is obviously similar at least in how it works.
