You had Amazon pull out of many deals month ago, but beyond that most industrial demand is generally tied to consumer demand, whether you are looking at manufacturing centers or warehouses.  

@Saraya Thornburg there’s always a duplex or triplex opportunity where you can rent out 1-2 units and live in one yourself, not necessarily living roommate style, or maybe a home with a seperate small in law suite or studio that you can rent out to offset costs.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).
