Good news is there's several ways and locations/markets to acquire your first rental in NJ.

Very sad news but Gene Guarino, who owns and runs this program, passed away just last week.

If the score is low and the credit report shows the potential score, we get them together with the credit reporting company we order credit through to figure out what course of action they need to take to get their scores up.  

If it's the latter, in the mid 90's there were a gazillion homes that used wood product siding that was problematic to the point that there were class action lawsuits concerning it and many homes were resided under conditions of the settlement.

Just as I start looking for properties, this news item crops up today:https://www.cbs17.com/news/loc...For those who may not want to go to the link, or the link goes stale, a residential development in my area went through a HOA change-of-mgmt, from the developer to a different composition of Board members.  

There were literally no consequences for their actions.  

There isn't really any good way to remove all the risk without a no further actions letter.

This would be news to most of us I think.....

Take action instead of finding excuses.
