Not the B/S?

I’ve heard a lot of people say investing in class B/C properties is safer for multiple reasons.

B and c.

B or C.Hidden values opportunities are a plus.I m looking at Vegas and OKC.Vegas seems getting too hot.Any advice or suggestions ?

Also, better properties in a B class neighborhood with B class tenants means less headaches and stress that keep you up at night when you’re hundreds of miles away.

Having multiple layers of middlemen ear up any spread you may have.Dual representation is when the list agent representing the seller also represents the buyer.In a double closing (which there are two types of), the purchase transaction between the buyer and seller is A-B and then a day or two later, the transaction between you party B and your end buyer (party C) closes.
