Question for anyone who's used Amica to write policy's on more than one property.Our current setup, has unique policys on each SFH.I'm toying with moving to one main policy from Amica, with each SFH as a extended policy on it.Cost savings, is over $800 per property if I go the Amica route.However they only cover structure on these policy's.Here in Florida, having gone thru last year.

@Justin Windham @Brian Eastman I appreciate your responses.Since my specialty is buying "Subject To", (taking over the financing) (yeah, I know, a little different than what most people do) I have to revert to thinking how the average transaction works using banks or cash along with the tax write offs.

So just a quick check before you get excited about writing an offer on the property to ensure income limits aren't going to kill the deal... keep in mind that rental income counts towards that limit, so really you're limited to census tracts with no income limit (again, 90% of many major metropolitan cities).Here's my little "Why 6 year old biggerpockets.com podcasts and blog articles telling you to start with FHA are, as of 2018, wrong."
