Any wholesalers out there willing to share what there day-to-day routine looks like?

(2010 and 2011 tax lien purchased by CP buyer 1234 and 2012 tax lien purchased by CP buyer 5678.)How exactly does that work out for the buyers if the property needs to be foreclosed?

I ave been trying to convince my girlfriend of that route because we have a friend that can be a potential financial partner, but she doesn't want to get her involved until we do our first deal, just in case it doesn't work out.

If this were me, I would HIRE a process server, I routinely get one for about 50 bucks..then you have an impartial person to sign the notice as served . 

We figure we could always sell it if the line of credit didn't work out.
