And often times, the learning curve is much lower, and exponentially less expensive.That being said, most major accounting/ERP systems (Yardi, MRI, etc) have modeling pieces as well, but these are not as widely used, and in my experiences, much more cumbersome than Argus or Excel.

They also provide a wide range of resources for lending, contractors, property managers, title companies, etc. 

I share quite a bit of info but I wouldn't want to share widely the contractors that I'm keeping busy. 

And has the reimbursements been country wide?

There is a shortage of inventory nation-wide at the moment.

This is definitely an industry challenge as revenue can have a wide range.
