My name is Guy and I'm a contractor in LA area and I'm just starting to get in this world of investing.My partner and I are really interested in investing in rental properties outside our state which houses run around the 50-80k, areas such as  Columbus OH area. our goal is pretty much cash flow and to have as many units as possible in the next few years. what are the best areas/neighborhoods we should be focusing on in the city?
