There is a reason why the fee's are rather universal at what they are, and why those who come out with a "discount" service, rather universally go under in a matter of months.

@Kent Stauffer  can chime in here, but I would say the market could start to top out at 1700 (larger homes have a discounted price / sq ft).

We timed the market well also - I could see commercial prices still undervalued - and we picked this up at a 20% discount on today's prices - so over $200k in very quick equity gain.

Anyone who came back to me with those issues looking for a big discount I would probably dismiss as not a serious buyer, looking just to low-ball and get it under contract so they could then try to get big money off the price later.
