With forclosures usually if i cant contact them via phone ill just go knock the door. 

A friend of mine have bought a flat in Renaissance Aviriti and he is happy with the investment as the quality of the building,amenities and Location seems good and hopes he ill get good returns back.

I changed out the filter a month ago, ill change it out again.

My main concern would be that if the landlord is to ill to cash the rent checks, what else is he neglecting.

I hear excuses/ill have it next times....I wont consider them.

Morning everyone,Wasnt sure what category this fits in so ill ask it here.I am trying to figure out the best route to go to get money for my first fix and flip.

I hail from an earlier generation and though I've been using the functionality of the Internet and mobile data communications longer than most, it took me a while to adapt to how much the current generation relies on SMS messaging (aka texting) and just how ill at ease many of them seem in face-to-face conversation.
