The thing is how are you going to find a tenant these days anywayThis does not seem getting any better soon, tough situation but they don't have much option and we don't have either.

Steve Jobs had to take a loan from Microsoft to survive a tough period for the company.

Including 1099/ gig workers, ect.

I think that size commercial is very tough, you essentially have to self broker because few people can do that job profitably.

You also have affluent people like dentists filing for them which makes the situation unique Not sure they fixed loophole in stimulus where low wage workers would make more by not going to work,  will crush small businesses already struggling with margins the good news is in light of a recession, talk has begun of many manufacturing sectors not only being moved out of china, but back to the US.

This is really a tough situation.

Projections of 27.9 millions jobs lost by end of May- wiping out a decade of job growth.This is not going to be just lower income restaurant workers! 

In my sales day if we were in a really tough sales environment and it was lower end properties ( late 70s to mid 80s) I charged anywhere from 10 to 25% commissions.. 

Looks like wood - but it is vinyl and very tough and durable (if you buy decent stuff).
