For anyone in the multi-family and apartments space, I encourage you to listen to the podcast.

I've kicked around limiting the size of the animal to under 35 lbs, partially because I personally feel bad for large animals stuck in small units without running space.  

The best operators in the space wish to control their capital formation process.  

If anyone has a recommendation for a CPA who's focused on real estate and understands the self direct space I would love the referral.  

It was such a small space for me to go down to and couldn't really take good pics of it.

I was thinking about repairing the house, but I'm a little tight on budget at the moment and borrowing a loan probably won't work out in my favor. 

Most of the rules I have seen were clearly written for the venture space with little regard for real estate.  

@Davon Lowery - I got the part where all the copper is gone - replacement with Pex is a great idea - I personally was hesitant about using it originally - but about a year ago, I started to use it in my - dead space remodels - where there was an area in the house not being used and converted to a second bath.The stuff worked great - very easy to use.

We want to bring in a new manufactured home and use the current manufactured home as an office and extra work space.
