Depending on how much these liens cut into your profit you either re-negotiate the purchase price, negotiate the lien down or back out of the deal.Some liens are negotiable and you may be able to nogotiate your liens down substantially enough where the deal still makes sense.I had a deal that had a tax lien on it.

Anything above 10%, you should be paying down aggressively. 10% is a substantial return on your money and paying down debt with a 10%+ guaranteed return is a great "investment" in your long term financial well-being.Your properties are pretty leveraged and you're driving a nice car.

I'd also want to know who employed the seller financing method to transact the business, I'd look toward the party who had the most influence, what the motivations were between the parties, is it predatory and if so to who's benefit.I'd also be looking at how much the transaction was in violation of the Act or other regulations.
