I agree with above that you cannot do that with the SDIRA.I think the best way to get a similar outcome is to lend to each other out of your ira's but NOT on the title.A solo 401k might have some features worth looking into as well.For sure please seek legal and tax advice for acting.  

Hello Biggerpockets family!I have two investor friends that have acquired an 18-unit apartment complex under sub-to the existing mortgage. The property is in the name of an LLC. They need 10k to pay off property taxes...

I usually seek 3-5x equity vs arrears caught up.  

Only thing that is a pain is having separate accounts and transacting through that.

Rather its portfolio/blanket loans, or investors seeking out 10 sfr loans.

In the town where they live, the best ATM charges $3.50 and caps withdrawals at $100, so even a $2.75 fee from Square (per $100, 2.75%) saves them money, and then they don't have to stand there at the ATM for 20 minutes while it tries to dispense all of their money (fun side note, it only dispenses $10 bills ... and $1500+ in $10 bills is a real pain for me to lug around in my pocket.

So very painful process.q: When you guys refi your property (under HOA) is it more difficult.
