You’ll want to ensure rents cover PITI by at least a ration of 1 to 1.

They also have covered outdoor boat/rv parking for a solid price. 

I purchased it two years ago for $700k and have about $600k left on the loan. 

It really depends on how quickly you think you can pay back the loan.
