We will be seeing a lot of these companies fold as interest rates climb, spending tightens and the market self corrects. 

Um, spend a few $100 and consult with a real estate attorney on your options as right now we are just speculating.With 20 years of experience in KC, I am guessing that seller would probably do nothing and accept the EMD as liquidated damages, I have not read our 40-page contract of late, so not sure. 

I understand the architect aspect but I own my plans.. so I only buy them once.we are not building ultra customs .. although I have in Charleston were I spend 30 to 50k on architect because its what is required in the historic district but other than that 1500 to 2500 to buy stock plans.. pretty simple. 

They pay this bill and will need  a lot of capacity as they will likely spend time in their rooms downloading stuff.7. 

Also tied to the fact that you dont need to spend a lot of money upfront for capex. 

Do not spend money to upgrade or do cosmetic work that will not increase rent.

Spend your time looking for something that makes money and that one will not do that at anything over 400k max.

Or do you just expect someone to spend a few months helping a stranger who is going to turn around and then compete with them?
