Also, I'd get the credit score of every tenant.  

Typically they need good credit score and proof of cash reserves or income, not looking at 2 year employment as a factor.  

The reports are called "The Way Finder" and the "What If Simulator" These reports will tell you what changes to your balances that you can make that will give you an immediate score bump and how much.

I only  show the house after my pre screen, which asks credit score....guys says 650.

I did this after a divorce and brought my credit score from below 500 to over 720 in less than 12 months.

Ive even changed my entire job life to go from a 1099 to a W2 with a 660 credit score and it is still hard to get funded without $$$$$ (and i know about FHA).

How will it influence my credit score if I will do a few credit checks at the same time?

I'm caught up now, but just need advice on should I still look and try to get pre approved, or what is the score lenders are wanting?
