PM client has a Contract of Deed with a tenant-buyer who made monthly payments for 1 year for the condo living in, with 29 years left til owns, but since 2 months has defaulted and is refusing to vacate due to severe health and disability woes.

I am looking to get into it myself, i've started working my first job out of college and its not for me, I cant stand working for other people, the repetitive schedule is driving me crazy, same routine every day!.

But what i am seeking is funds to purchase and rehab say certain foreclosures to rent or flip to disabled or homeless veterans who have to ability to make payments using programs like VASH or VA benefits. 

I think I am getting tired of the daily dull routines that I been going through lately.
