I think it is ridiculous to have a honor system because people WILL take advantage off of it and ultimately that leads to people assuming that people who REALLY need it are full of BS because of some bad apples...such is life.BUT, that is my personal feeling and that has NO place in my business.

@Victor MenasceYou’re absolutely right, luckily for them they limit damage for basements to 10k, it’s ridiculous seeing how much insurances cost everyone, I guess they’re good only for big catastrophic events.
