Perhaps you could replace them with some shorter bushes so that you retain the decorative "privacy" wall between the yard and the street while still making the house visible.

After receiving the denial letter they texted me to let me know that they had friends in powerful places, lawyers, judges, attorney's, the DA etc. and that they would pursue charges of fraud and discrimination.In the interim I did find out that in the State of Oregon a lease for a year or more must be in writing and signed by both parties, however, a month-to-month can be a verbal agreement.I have not responded back to any communication and have retained an attorney.Now I wait and see.

i would sell it. even if its cashflowing say 500 a month, you have capex and tenant headaches. you will pull out almost 10 yrs of buy and hold equivalent profits by selling. i would do this in a heartbeat.now appraisal at that price doesnt mean you will find a buyer. if you are  to say sell below 70k, i would think about retaining it.

Again, you own properties that will continue to appreciate in equity and continue to increase cash flow.Nothing is stopping you from adding to your portfolio of properties in a new location while holding the ones you have, this diversification is safe as you retain what you have while seeing what you can develop elsewhere, worse case is you still own what you have now, best case is over time you prove your current theory correct and then begin transitioning.
