Usually if you post a deal over there Frank will respond pretty quick.

You haven't responded to questions about owner financing so it sounds like this isn't an option?

Wow... you guys are all amazing : )))) It feels so awesome to have people not only read my rant but respond with understanding/supportive comments.

I feel if I could contact the owner directly, I could make more progress since the registered agent is not responding and probably not forwarding my contacts to the owner. 

Sure you can get the job done a bit cheaper , but when there is a problem , they dont respond .

@Antonio Porta  WOW Antonio, thank you for replying, I am really so grateful for all of those who have taken time to respond to this thread and to make me realize there is so much more to think about and to consider before buying a property, and also glad I posted it here, instead of buying it then I would have been upside down on the deal financially.
