I have called a couple of times seeking information, and if I ask more than one question the consultant immediately steers me to the education center to watch videos.

I’m just throwing out a random idea. 

While I see random places that sound similar, especially in lower income areas, there are many many properties that are not dumps. 

Reminded me of the time I tried to sell a video game account for $1000 and didn’t blur the character name and it got banned by the main company the next day because someone reported me.$1000 poof!

Any cost savings you receive on these random one off jobs will be off set by the lost time and resources you're currently going through as this is the normal churn in the construction industry.
