This market is pretty quick right now.

So if you just (2/2)want one property I'm going to need the entire pay off for that one propertySo that’s pretty much the jist of it.

I am looking for active flippers in the tampa bay area, i have never really done a flip, but through owning my current rentals over the years i have pretty much touched repairing every part of a house.

She does not want to negotiate a buy out with the tenant, and she is willing to take a pretty substantial discount to sell the property with the tenants (about $50k).After reviewing the ordinance, one of the permissible reasons for evicting is if the owner intends to occupy the property personally, or with a family member or resident manager.

We are a current participant in the Ycombinator Startup School Program (which we are pretty excited to be able to be a participant of), we are right in the halfway point of the program and will be applying to their core incubator program. 

You can get properties pretty cheap but you are going in completely blind on if the property is occupied, the condition, and any other things that would be typically found through title or an inspection.
