If your rental is a home with rooms you want to rent to roommates, perhaps you could rent the place to a nurse placement agency as corporate housing. 

So just be ready to justify your rate in numbers.Most property managers make 10% a months plus one months placement fee.

Pay special attention to smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors and their placement.

I used both as placement firms. 

As Steve, and my own realtor, said - they make very little on a rental placement and often have to split that one month's rental commission with another agent.

.- the condensation on the walls or windows is primarily due to inadequate insulation and dew point problems caused by cyclical air temperature changes in the home.These problems can be solved with the installation of a proper dehumidifier, improvements to insulation and properly utilized vapor barriers, increased air circulation through the use of ceiling fans, proper furniture placement (not right up against exterior walls), etc.
