If that is your plan then I wouldn't be surprised if a lender or servicer eventually caught wind of it and realized that you had bought 6 or 7 primary residences over the past 3 or 4 years and considered that the same as lying upfront. 

I know that over the past year there have been a couple of places I'd like to go back and make some tweaks, so maybe this is one I'll take a look at as well, should we go to a second edition!

We do like the area it is just so different than anywhere we’ve lived in the past...The housing stock actually reminds me of the area we currently live in but less populated and less walkable.

If you still are thinking about it, do a complete background check, verify employer, past 2 landlords (the last one might lie to get rid of them) , pull their court cases in your local jurisdiction, look at the interior of their car, take a photo of their ID, etc...

I didn't even think to ask for it because it has always been included in my policy in the past.
