I'm not sure what type of loan you have so it is tough to know who really owns the paper and whether or not the person you think is your lender has the capacity to negotiate these items.

Even if you trim down my allowances, the best you might accomplish (on paper) is a break even ... but you would be setting yourself up for an expensive lesson.Now, this house may work as "rent to own", but you would need to qualify a candidate who would like to own it; rent to them for $750/mth and sell them an option to purchase the house in X months/years at a price to be set now.

Also, I've developed relatively sophisticated referral-based selling strategies that that require me to educate the referral sources and show them both to how manage the client's expectation(s) and more recently, very specific ways they are to refer the client.So, I utilize offline and online advertising and, obviously, give a lot of thought to each and how they fit in the overall marketing mix.I like direct mail, inbound telemarketing, well-placed, industry/profession specific print ads, direct mail, paper & ink newsletters, public speaking, press releases, blogging & forums (limited social media), direct sales (in person), some conferences and specialty advertising (mugs, pens notepads) and a few others I won't mention.

Your title company or closing attorney will fedex them the papers and the seller will have to sign in front of a notary then the docs get sent back and then you close the deal.
