I would dig into that a little more with them and find out why.

I was reflecting on some of the initial impressions people have about multifamily syndications today, which prompted me to dig a bit deeper into the ‘why’ behind comments I’ve seen on message boards & social media, like these –‘I’m happy with my current investment decisions’ and ‘I don’t trust anyone who suggests a different strategy’‘ or I’m not interested in hearing about multifamily syndications, as I’m sure a pushy salesperson will try to convince me to do something that’s not good for me, and I don’t want to lose money’It occurred to me that I’m no different, and further reflected on how it took me a few months to be convinced to invest in multifamily syndications.

I did some more digging and it was an FHA loan they got as well with only around 5-6K down.

I do see that masonry cleaning/chemical wash (the prep work) - "may require an air pollution control permit from the Environmental Permitting and Inspections Section of the CDPH"And then digging further I see there's also a separate Architectural Surface Cleaning Permit could be required.Anyone have experience with this?

BTW, the builder hasn't even started digging yet. 

One way to save is to hire the people to dig separately from the plumbers.

Tried to trace the wire in the attic - but would need to dig up insulation to follow it.
