Yeah ryan, they are moving in closer to UofA. they have built a large number of high rise apartments in the area in the last five years, which has put on a little more pressure on the surrounding area for the same students.

It will be because external pressure (interest rates, job loss, etc.) reduced people's ability to afford homes compared to today.

As long as the economy is doing well, Florida will likely see a continued sustained rise in housing prices as the boomer generation is retiring at record levels, and are continuing to put downward pressure on Supply levels in Florida, creating more new construction opportunities, and rising housing prices.
