or right before that crazy 20% interest rates.. or the deep recession of the 70s/   then you had the late 90s dot com bust which effected some markets.. then of course the mother of them all the GFC  caused by CRA and sub prime lending... and over exuberance in real estate in General... that if anything would be the only thing I see as common thread over exuberance and everybody and their brother gets into it with many not qualified or experienced enough then they cut and run like they were dumping a bad stock.Just my thoughts.. curious on yours.

Ok, so here is the real-life scenario:A friend of mine is currently living in a property willed over to him by his mother 6 years ago when she passed. 

My mother is a relatively new real estate agent but is working under a very experienced Columbus agent that also holds investment property, and a good friend of mine is a loan officer with American Eagle Mortgage, so I have begun assembling my "team".

She told me that she needs to sell a house she inherited from her mother that recently passed away.

The building is 3/4 occupied not counting the owner and his mother, both of whom I've been informed will be looking to move soon and both bring in 3k per month altogether.
