I got asked by my manager and doing my research.Recently I acquired rebogateway and they do provide a lead type as divorce, however my manager was under impression we could get that data from somewhere else.Is that even possible?

This way I can rely more on actual, historical data for budgeting purposes.Thanks for all the input.

I use city data a lot to find out about the demographics of an area.

The data they used was awful.

But if I am understanding you correctly, if it's shown on line 44a....then that data is then put on line 9 of the Schedule C? 

I have no hard data to back this claim up besides personal experience and I don't intent to paint with too broad of a brush, but the sheer amount of people I run into here on BP and in my local area that are thinking of 'starting a fund' or 'syndicating this deal' with less than five deals under their belt and not finance background blows my mind. 

Hi Sasha,We do not currently support an integration with Intacct or Quickbooks, but that is something we will be considering further down the line.Right now we have job costing, estimating, budgeting & tracking for projects so you can track expenses against your budget and forecast budget overages, but it is not meant to be a full blown accounting system.I understand you probably want to avoid double data entry & make sure your project books match your accounting books, which is tough when you have a separate Project Management software from your Accounting software.  

@Andrew Earle I've been looking at List Source but I'm not sold on the data.

However, there are many websites that syndicate the data, like Zillow.
