People really need to know everything about their business and the market and laws before they know what they're buying is a good investment.I was really hoping to keep this chain on-topic, which is for people to give turnkey due diligence ideas and thoughts.

You know how long it takes us to fill it without us having any company (we do eat our a fair amount (more than 1/3 of the meals), but still)? 

And I think a lot of the REIT investment money has been in transitioning properties up the food chain, and that may be a less attractive bet.
