After years of using a property management company, I'm looking to self manage two 4 bedroom/2 bath student housing condos I own in a college town. 

They offer wealth management but they also offer joint venture deals where they look for partners to purchase Multi-Million dollar REI portfolios. 

I helped a young kid purchase a 4-unit he was going to house hack and manage, so I got him a nice Dewalt drill set. 

Hi NYC neighbors and out of area investors: I'm wanting to know how many of you have chosen to use a hired manager for your long term hold rentals.  

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

@Brad Larsen runs a great property management company in San Antonio and is very well connected to the investor community.

I manage primarily on the South Side of Chicago.

Landlords and property managers don't like the word mold and I totally get it as it can be quite costly if found at the wrong time.

Hi John, I recommend reaching out to a local property manager (search on Google Maps) with many 5-star reviews to see what legal action you can take before the Sheriff is available to execute the eviction.Property managers specialize in landlord-tenant law and should be able to help you determine a path forward that doesn't require waiting 3 months after the lease ends.
