I am hoping to find another out of state investor who would be willing to chat about ways to be successful managing the rehab and the general chaos. 

I would look into a manager, this is a bit murky and can open up some legal issues with one slip-up. 

Basically that means developing Investor portfolios, managing commercial assets and design build.

Hello, I'm a self-managing landlord and I'm looking to build a network of go-to people for maintenance and emergencies.

Two questions for those of you that have more than 1 self-managed STR:1.

I assume you were chasing the low bid and unfortunately this led to abysmal contract management on your part.

I have a full time employee that does database management and property searches. 

Are you planning to create a business entity out of which you with either hold and/or manage this property?
