i want to do what has the best success rate . the stock market just scares me . i feel like im outside a casino watching someone else gamble with money and i have know control . that money didn't come easy . if i could get it out with out the huge penalties i would have done so years ago .

Hey @Ricardo Murph II,So, Ill lead off by saying that I've been a self employed tile professional for about 10 years now and I've done everything from the backsplash for the little old lady next door here in Massachusetts to our current project renovating 1150 bathrooms for one of the casino resorts in Connecticut and your question is one I get quite frequently.  

So we got what we needed and left....I also lost some money in the casino :( while Jeremiah came out ahead :) Guess as a company we evened out haha.

I've done a lot of research and they do seem legit but I think i'm going to spend a few more days looking for a HML company that doesn't charge up front fees.

Most of my net worth is in a traditional IRA so having some access to it for legit investing outside of stock market is at least an interesting concept.Thanks for your time

I do have a legit contract with my bird dog too, and our closing date is after what I had with him by a couple days, so if anything I have that right as well, to show the courts that if it did happen to get that far but will try to work it out the better way!

I don't think it should be your go to tactic for getting a good price, but it should be available if needed.Bill, that is a totally and absolutely legit reason to renegotiate.
