I need some advice and some instruction on the proper procedure in writing up a contract with a private investor and contractor.  

Is there any written contract with terms?

How can I protect myself and legally help him sell commercial acreage.

Also can I legally tell tenant that I won't be accepting rental assistance?  

Reality on the ground is exact opposite due to investors not properly accounting for expenses such as maintenance, capex, legal, property management, pest control, landscaping, travel, etc etc.

I have one rental and I'm in contract for 3 more units at the moment. 

Investing this way (using the same $50k) 4 to 6 more times a year, that produces a 32% to 48% return, or $16k to $24k earnings in a year doing no work at all, and it is perfectly legal.

hello all,I am here too learn the ins-and-outs of assignment contracts and eventually( when I get enough money to buy a house) wholesaling.

Does anyone know of banks that will have different policies or does this rule somehow not apply when it comes to bank account contracts?
