Cost for labor and rough materials 3,800 and an extra week to the project.This is a picture into the new full bath where the sink and toilet used to be with what was the closet behind it, which will be where the 2 sink vanity will be going.Pocket door for bathroom entrance.The original windows in front of the house were installed by someone that did not care about quality of install, no flashing, no sealer was used, and some of the windows were held in by 2 screws.

The added benefit is that the uppers weigh less, so installing them by yourself is much easier!

. : )I 'faintly' remember those days ....My best was a chimney liner install I decided to do myself on a 3 story.I had a ladder laying horizontal from the roof peak to the top of the chimney & I shimmied across 15 ft with 30 ft of Aluminum liner.

A simple fix and cost effective solution for the owner/ landlord is to install the appropriate carpeting and padding upstairs, while loosing no revenue.There is no other apartment.

The length of time the tenant lived in a place and the time the paint/carpet ect was installed has a bearing on this as well.

I kind of inferred that the carpet needed to be replaced so I installed the new carpet and lowered the price $50 and the very next people that I showed it to, loved it and are moving in on the first.

I have a vacant property in North Philly that I installed an alarm system and a couple flood lights so copper thieves don't get in.Other problems with North Philly:Bad School District (well Philly in general has bad School Districts)Crime (both soft and hard)Drugs, my friend saw a man in a suit selling "pizzas" in the middle of Broad Street.
