Mentally I'm there I did a great thing for my family in getting us moving toward financial independence.

I would suggest contacting several Independent Agents who represent multiple companies and have them run comparisons.I would give them an Idea of what limits you are looking for (building, Liability, deductibles, umbrella, etc.) to make it easier to compare.Things that they will most likely ask:- what is the construction- year built- year when updated: Electric, Plumbing, Roof, Heat- If any dogs, what breed- any losses in past 5 yrs- any pool or playground- Lead free certified- any in ground tanksGood luck on the purchase and feel free to PM me if you have any questions on the above info.

If the agent is independent it may issue policies on behalf of one or more underwriters though generally the premium will be the same, the difference is that the requirements to issue the policy may be more or less stringent depending on the underwriter.In addition, a title policy does not guarantee you have a "clean title", it is a contract of indemnification where the underwriter agrees to reimburse the Insured for a loss caused by title being other then as insured, subject to the insuring provisions, exclusions and exceptions from coverage and the conditions and stipulations of the policy. 

Really easy for the customer and the best part is you will get a good idea on the ARV from an independent appraiser.

Besides independent title searches via 3rds parties, how can you use FINAL JUDGEMENT AMOUNT to understand how much you may owe above the winning auction purchase price....

I know a multifamily would give some of the financial independence that is great about house hacking but also provide some privacy so Chipper can enjoy his life outside of a cage.

Doesn't this defeat the entire purpose of creating an LLC to remain independent and keep personal assets/information away?
