Purchase price: $342,000 We purchased this home in 2021, lived in it for two years and then started renting it.

Last appraisal was Jan '17 and came in at $490k, before the LTR and Retail space were started (those not factored in). 

Is it better to start first rental as myself or it is better to form LLC?

Hi Jake, DSCR Loans are a great way to get started if you have a property in mind that is ready to rent once purchased or possibly even has tenants living in it.

Hi, I have started flipping houses not long ago but I think the hardest part for me is finding buyers. 

Is this a good start or should I save more before taking the plunge?
