To charge someone 2k to "build business credit" seems unethical. 

I have a guy who has an avionics business that wants mezzanines built for office space, technician training rooms, rest rooms and etc..You actually hit on a great opportunity that is currently out of my budget limits and that is Air Park development.  

We are just business partners for 50/50 in everything including the ownership.

If a partnership turns into a single member LLC due to a partner leaving, a new EIN is required but how would a business still keep the branding of their original name if creating an EIN requires a different name?

The reason I don't have more cash is thanks to a former business partner and 5 years of litigation.

You’re investor makes close to 10% cash on cash if you keep all your money in the deal…however if you do this process right you will have equity upside after closing on the property snd then can decide if you want to refinance ect based on your business plan.

Good help is scarce around here, and the ones that do well tend to be busy and expensive.
