Now I do want to throw what my guess is out there, which is since he sold the property last year he is now buying into the LLC which owns the property, he cannot take his old basis or use this type of exemption.

I am guessing in regards to buying more rentals, if there is a opportunity to buy more rentals, I am assuming that if it is a great market, you would want to refinance as soon as you can.

But I just noticed that I am paying for nothing because all the perks has been taken away and i am still paying for things that free members are getting.What is the actual perks of keeping the plus?
