I am looking to use a VA loan to get a house but want to purchase a rental property and get started on getting cashflow.

As I grow and expand my business, I would like to start doing most, if not all, of my direct mail in-house to save mailing costs in the long term.

There are plenty of good ones on here, but I have been with @Joshua Jones since I started and he has been awesome. 

I had everything lined up so that the day after I closed the crews could get started.

I started him on a short lease of 3 months, and ended up not renewing, but lost 3 other tenants as a result. 

I jump in a pickup truck- it starts, skid steer- it starts, chain saw- one pull it starts.  

It can feel overwhelming, and you might not know where to start just yet.
