I'm getting my professional photos taken today so my BP profile will slowly but surely get the finishing touches as I'm getting all the little things checked off the list. 

Getting the process started for converting my garage into finished space on my house hack I bought in November, and I'm looking for recommendations from the BP community for a contractor.

I recently finished with all my renovations and this time decided to Seller Financance, the issue I am having is I have a buyer however I have not reached my 6 month seasoning period to refinance and get out of my Hard Money Lender.

If so, I would let that PM finish that out and then get rid of them so a new {and hopefully better} PM can place your next tenant.

These would be rental units so the finishing would be pretty basic.

I will be renting out in the next year hopefully when I finish renovating it. 

Based on what kind of answers the caller provides, you may be able to save both of you a lot of time and energy.Trim the fat before you cook the steak, not after.

The self build of the additional unit or two would take place after the first 4 units are finished receiving the rental income.

Multiple high rise apartments either just finished or in construction (400ish new  apartments all within walking distance). 

I hope to be finished end of February.
